INGREDIENTS
1 pound potatoes, cubed
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound uncooked King Smokehouse sausage
1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Juice from 1 medium lemon
Chopped parsley
Parboil potatoes until tender. Brown sausage in oil then remove from skillet. Add potatoes back to pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add bell pepper, garlic, salt and pepper and red pepper lakes. Cook, stirring occasionally until potatoes and peppers are tender. Return sausage to pan, cook 2 minutes . Stir in lemon juice. and chopped parsley.
