In short, we worry about the unknown. We try to explain things to ourselves, and then search for answers. We just make up reasons if we are not sure of the real reason. Often the worst possible example!
It is not what we know about ourselves that can hurt us. It is more often what we don’t know about ourselves. Our fears, coupled with an undirected imagination, can make things become worse.
Worry throws off our natural sense of timing. We get out of rhythm with our own life, forcing ourselves to be someone we are not, attempting to perform in exceptional ways for which we are unprepared at the time. We make the situation worse by taking extreme measures.
Then we feel fatigued and become worried about the fatigue, which puts us more discordant with ourselves and with our inner energy resources.
Automatic inner energy fluctuations often cause unexpected mood changes, like the ebb and flow of ocean tides, which surge in and fade away. Every day, in fact many times each day, the cyclic energy within us is changing in a subtle but definite way.
A number of obvious energy shifts take place daily: Body energy, emotional energy, mental energy, and intuitive energy. They are predictable, indicating shifts in inner motivation, not behavior.
When we learn to sense it, We can become aware of the changes to maximize their benefit.
