A traditional Cambodian dish. Premium sea bass sauteed in a very light lemongrass, turmeric and ginger sauce. The fish and sauce are set atop freshly steamed vegetables. Served with Premium Asian rice and a medium spicy chili, turmeric and ginger sauce on the side. (No flour is used in this dish).
