Join us on Saturday for Fun with FAAN (Fundacion Familia Amor Animal)
We’ve raised $70,000 so far for the building of Ecuador’s premier animal shelter, as we care for 160 of Cuenca’s most vulnerable and senior dogs and focus on transforming animal welfare in Ecuador.
Meet with our animal-loving volunteers, lovingly called “FAAN-atics” while the kids enjoy animal face painting and coloring, and adults try their luck in our raffle. Our sponsor Latitud Cero even has a certificate for a “Rescue Brew” as a thank-you for all adult community members stopping by.

Collection of items for the Dogs of FAAN. This is a “Ruff Season” with the rains at the Tarqui shelter, so donations of food and supplies are always appreciated and will be collected by our volunteers.
