Enjoy three wines chosen by David to showcase quality, affordable wines available here and paired with the culinary treats from the Carolina Smokehouse kitchen. Two whites and a red will join a tapas menu of Pepper Wrapped Shrimp, Double Sliders (Handmade biscuits with Pulled Pork and Sausage), and Sandy’s Famous Caramel Brownie topped with Bacon Crumbles. Served with panache on a special Smokehouse Pig Platter. Two seatings: 6 pm and 8 pm. Reservations: $9 per person. At the Door $10 per person.
