Shrub’n at Common Grounds Artisan’s Market, Saturday, 22 April, 9 AM – 4 PM

A salmon recipe from Lenny Charnoff (graygeek@gmail.com – 099.122.1238), our favorite fish monger!

Piña Shrub Marinade:

4 oz. Piña Shrub
1 oz. Honey
1 oz Soy Sauce
1/2 oz olive oil
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz shredded ginger (or Bonobo Bob’s Ginger Shrub!)

Marinade the salmon a couple of hours, sear flesh-side down in a hot pan for a minute, flip, and cook until done.
