Sommelier Kraft has paired the unique wines of Vinho Verde in Portugal and Rioja, Spain with the delicious and beautiful Ecuadorian dishes of Chef Gutierrez.

Plato fuerte- Lengus de res, championes, trigo, lenteja, cebollas y echalotte.
2012 Zinio Tempranillo- Graciano blend from the Rioja Alta region of Spain.

Postre- Helado de esencia de rosas, esponja de quimbolito, manzana, verde guyaba y dulce prieta.
2016 Estreia Rose from the Vinho Verde region of Portugal.
