In 1947, during the paranoia-driven Hollywood blacklist of writers and actors, Dalton Trumbo—one of “the Hollywood Ten”—made it his mission to stand against the censorship and fear.

On Friday and Saturday, Aug. 25-26, Azuay Community Theatre is bringing Trumbo’s courageous and timely story to the stage at Casa de la Cultura, in the 85-seat Sala de Carrasco theater.
