A Farm-to-Table Thanksgiving Day Feast – Buffet Style

Come to La Cilindrada Restaurant on Thanksgiving Day, November 23rd, 4:00-6:00pm. Nowhere else will you find GRAN ROCA’s freshly harvested, sustainably grown, high quality meat and heirloom varieties of fruits and vegetables. The Buffet style assures you’ll have plenty of quantity. Chef Michael and his team will make sure you’ll have plenty of quality as well. There will be something for everyone, including lots of options for our vegetarian friends.

We cannot, in good conscience, recommend you eat the commercial turkeys here in Ecuador. Antibiotics, chemicals and hormones are NOT in the four basic food groups. Instead, we have pasture raised Turkey-Sized-Chickens that have better flavor and texture, and a much healthier choice.

Our menu is so big, it won’t fit here, so we’ll have to abbreviate: a real spinach salad, a steamed vegetable salad, a hearty squash soup, roasted Chicken, stuffing and gravy, potatoes, sweet potatoes, roasted vegetables, green beans with almonds, homemade bread, fruit compote, strawberry shortcake, French beignet pastry and more. Prix Fixe only 15 dollars. Champagne, Canelazo, Red and White Wine, and Beer also available for purchase.
