This hand’s on class will cover all classical cuts (slicing, dicing, peeling, chopping, etc.) and using various vegetables. Afterword, we will utilize our product in a number of ways and enjoy a delightful lunch together.
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, bring your apron and your favorite(s) kitchen knives for a free sharpening (if you do not have one, I will be able to provide you with one!)
