Back to school “Knives Skill” second chance!

Make your cooking skills more enjoyable by learning how to safely and properly handle your kitchen’s knives
Saturday, October 20th – 9AM – 1PM
$10 for AF members – $15 public

Class executed by yours, humbly, Chef Marc Dullin (Retired in Cuenca)
This hand’s on class will cover techniques for all classical cuts (slicing, dicing, peeling, chopping, etc.) and using various vegetables. Afterword, we will utilize our product in a number of ways and enjoy a delightful lunch together
• Cheese and vegetable frittata
• Sautéed Farmer’s style potatoes
• Baked thin apple pie
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, bring your apron and your favorite(s) kitchen knives for a free sharpening (if you do not have one, I will be able to provide you with one!)

After a successful career in manufacturing, Brian Buckner sold his commercial window fabrication plant and now makes his home with his wife, Edie, in Cuenca.
