The collaboration between La Cilindrada and Gran Roca continues with a very special Farm-to-Table dinner for our guests with two seatings on Christmas Eve Sunday, December 24th, at 4:00pm and 6:30pm as was suggested by our good friend and Dietitian, Susan Burke March. In respect for the nature of the holiday, we’ve chosen to make it a plated, sit-down affair.
We are still putting the finishing touches on our menu and will announce it soon. Of course the ingredients will feature farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and meats from Gran Roca in the hands of Chefs Michael and Joel, so you are assured of a uniquely beautiful and delicious gourmet meal made from whole-foods that are actually as good as they are good for you.
