IMMUNITY TO CHANGE
Why is it that when there is something in your life that you really, really want to change, you just can’t seem to make that change. Expats giving up their jobs, homes, families, and social contacts to move to Ecuador can still experience an overwhelming resist to these changes.
“Immunity to Change” is a course to help you understand why such changes are so difficult, even when you really want change to happen.
Our speaker, Dr Alan Woods will lead you through a process entitled Immunity to Change, based on the book written by Robert Kegan of Harvard.
The class is interactive and geared toward identifying your own reality for resisting change even in areas of your life where change is truly desired. It also helps understand why others have so much difficulty changing things in their lives, even when the need for change is so evident to everyone.
Dr. Alan Woods practises dentistry in Cuenca where he lives happily with his family. He enjoys teaches this course several times each year.
