Menu includes (Recipes provided):
• Spinach salad with warm bacon dressing and quail eggs
• Sweet and spicy Asian style roasted salmon
• Crispy potato cakes – Fresh market vegetable
• Sabayon with marinated berries – Praline ice cream
Price includes a generous serving/tasting of the menu + bring your kitchen’s knives and I will sharpen them for free.
