Enjoy a fabulous dining experience Friday night with Chef Alex Lau at the El Jardin restaurant in the Hotel Victoria. From 1 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The Menu includes:

Amuse bouche:
– Crispy causa, crab meat, miso, corn & chardonnay
Glass of Johny Ginger coctail

STARTERS:
– Tuna, chimichurri “manaba” style, “leche de tigre”, olives
– Baby squid, prawns, parmesan cheese, yellow chilli peppers mouse
Glass of sauvignon blanc

MAIN COURSE
– 30 day matured beef, fungui porcini, Oporto, radicchio, piquillo.
– Oxtail, native potatoes, crispy leeks
Glass of Cabernet sauvignon

DESSERT
– Hot chocolate mousse, almond ice cream, crackers, coffee,
glass of sparkling wine
