Moroccan Night at El Salón

This Saturday we’re cooking up a Moroccan feast at El Salón. Come join us or give us a call to book a home delivery!

There menu is made up of three Moroccan dishes, designed for sharing in your group; and costs $9,50 per person. The dishes are:

CHICKEN TAGINE: A tagine is a slow-cooked Moroccan stew. Our tagine is made with chicken, and flavoured with preserved lemons, olives and Moroccan spices.

KEFTA MKAOUARA: Home-made, spiced meatballs form the basis of this dish. They are topped with eggs, and then the whole dish is baked in the oven. Spiced with paprika, cumin, cinnamon and cilantro; perfect with a hunk of bread for dipping!

GARBANZO BEAN SALAD: A fresh, light salad that makes a great accompaniment to our mains, with chickpeas, red peppers, onion and carrot flavoured with mint and cumin.

All accompanied with fresh bread.
