The poll was conducted by Cedatos Febraury 23 and 24 and has a 3.4% error rate. Cedatos, a partner with the international Gallup polling group, was one of only two exit polls that predicted a runoff election between Lasso and Moreno following last Sunday’s election.

The good news for Moreno, according notes accompanying the poll, was that in the February 19 election, he collected a larger proportion of the undecided vote.

According to Cedatos, the poll was compiled from 2,862 personal interviews conducted in 15 cities and towns.
