If you are not able to understand what is said in a foreign language, definitely you are deaf to that language.

I am not selling headphones (just in case) since being able to perceive foreign language sounds is not something that you can solve by using them.

This is something you need to solve by listening to natives and building up auditory memory.

It can take you years trying to figure it out on your own, or it can take you a couple of months of training.

Time is money (el tiempo es dinero).
