Having owned and operated her own restaurant in Thailand for over 10 years, Chef Dao is an expert in Northern and Southern styles of Thai cooking. “ I want to share a true experience of my culture with the people of Ecuador”.
In addition to great food, Thai Lotus is full of art and crafts from Thailand, as well as a beautiful garden for dining outside.
