Join us for a unique live cooking workshop using traditional clay pots over fire, blending Ecuadorian cuisine with healthy vegetarian options and international flavors. Led by Ecuadorian Chef Tatiana Quito and American Vegan Chef Bela-Sofia Kotodama, this bilingual workshop offers an immersive culinary experience.

The event will be held on Saturday, September 21st, from 3 pm to 6 pm, and costs $12 per person. Your ticket also includes an Ancestral Ceremony and Andean Music Concert to celebrate Killa Raymi, the Fall Equinox. We will use local organic products and international spices to craft delicious dishes.

This is a reservation-only event, so make sure to secure your spot in advance.
