Hearts of Gold D’ellas Program stands out for its comprehensive approach, aimed at empowering 100 women in vulnerable situation in Cuenca, Ecuador. The strength and innovative component of the project lies in its holistic focus, which not only provides job skills but also emphasizes the personal and emotional development of the women involved. Through programs that strengthen self-esteem, confidence, and leadership, D’ellas creates a positive and sustainable impact on their lives.

In addition to offering dignified employment, the project promotes the creation of micro-enterprises, stimulating the local economy. These women not only acquire technical knowledge but also gain emotional and social resources to overcome the barriers they face, improving their quality of life and that of their families. Access to essential services such as health and education is directly enhanced, boosting the overall well-being of the community.

With a focus on sustainability, the project promotes continuous training, strategic partnerships, and the development of social business models that ensure its long-term viability. The inclusion of sustainable practices and environmental awareness is also key in the training process, driving both social and economic change in the community. Through D’ellas, inclusive and equitable community development is fostered, with a profound impact on reducing unemployment, gender-based violence, and poverty.

This project not only transforms lives but also strengthens the social and economic cohesion of Cuenca, promoting a more promising future for women and their communities.
