Great care is taken to make sure that they get exactly what they need. Any extra items are sold in our thrift shop, where all of the proceeds go back into directly supporting the foundation’s work of helping those in need.

I rescued Poofy a year and a half ago and she was about 5 months old. I rescued her in front of Banco de Loja…. in Loja and we have had her since then. She is so adorable and yet has a little problem. She doesn’t like kids per say and sort of has a fear when someone reaches out their hand.
She is so athletic and loves to have balls thrown for her and can run like the wind. She is so cute and so full of love but just needs someone who wants to go out every day and throw balls. I use my tennis racket so she can run far and the farther the better. I think she should be on a ranch to be able to spread her wings and she gets along with other animals although she will chase chickens. We have a cat and she loves our cat. As long as she gets to know you and her surroundings she is the best cutest dog you will ever meet.
