You don’t need to spend years attending a Spanish school to sound like a native.

Because if you have survived the boring book and the grammar lessons, by the end of the course you will end up feeling that learning a language is not your cup of tea (reason number 2 why a student refuses to learn a language).
Because no matter how hard you try to master syntax and vocabulary, if you are not able to speak in a decent way in which you feel approved by a native speaker you will end up giving up on any attempt to speak a second language (yes! you nailed it! this is the reason number 1).

What does Hogar de Esperanza do with your donations of clothing and household items? First and foremost, we give them away to those who are most in need of them. Great care is taken to make sure that they get exactly what they need. Any extra items are sold in Esperanza Thrift Shop, where all of the proceeds go back into directly supporting the foundation’s work of helping those in need.
Are you moving soon – perhaps across town or maybe even back home – and you have items that you can’t take with you? Do you wish you had someone to come carry away those items remaining after your moving sale, that you don’t know what to do with? Were you just spring-cleaning last week, and came across clothes in your closets that you no longer wanted? We accept anything that you wish to donate, and put it to immediate use. You can come by the thrift shop, which is located at 8-28 Juan Montalvo y Mariscal Sucre, to drop off items Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 5:30 PM.
