Fundacion ARCA, Cuenca’s oldest pet rescue foundation performs over 2,000 pet sterilizations annually in its pop-up clinics that serve the surrounding areas. We will be holding one in Azogues this weekend, and invite you to visit and see part of our ongoing work.
