No! Your listening problem is unique, your circumstances are unique, nobody would understand them even the most experienced teacher, also, you are not like others, you just focus on the important things like double checking your grammar, figuring out a conjugation or recalling a word at the perfect time.
In short, you have been studying the language by conventional means so, in short, you will always be stuck in your head.

How can you start?
Put away all the krap you have been taught so far.
Invest at least 20 minutes a day in learning, practicing and mastering something small.
