Dear Cuenca High Life Friends,

As we prepare to celebrate a very special milestone—our 150th birthdays on November 25th and 28th (yes, we’re claiming both!)—we’ve been reflecting on the communities, causes, and moments of purpose that have shaped our lives.

Four months ago, with this milestone in mind, we made a meaningful decision: instead of hosting a big personal birthday party, we chose to create a private celebration that truly matters—a VIP PAW-TY dedicated to Fundación FAAN and the most vulnerable dogs of Cuenca.

What happened next was nothing short of extraordinary.

Artists, businesses, volunteers, and animal-loving friends stepped up with incredible generosity, inviting others, donating time, talent, and resources, and helping shape Gala FAAN-TASTICA, a completely volunteer-driven event filled with heart.

Because of this overwhelming community support, this private gala is now fully committed, with 211 Ecuadorian and international friends joining us on the Old Hollywood red carpet. There are no tickets available, but we want everyone in Cuenca to feel part of this movement of compassion.
