A Taste of Azuay in Every Cup

Worldwide coffee prices have skyrocketed, and here in Ecuador, the long drought followed by intense flooding has made high-quality coffee harder to find. But we’ve got good news for you.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have sourced some of the best coffee in the country—right here in Azuay. Nestled in a mountain valley in Nabón, just an hour and a half from Cuenca, the Yanasacha Coffee Association has been cultivating specialty coffee for the past seven years.

Grown at a stunning 2,200 meters above sea level, this is some of the highest-grown coffee we’ve ever tasted. The result? A cup with powerful aroma and a beautifully sweet flavor profile that truly stands out.

Despite rising costs, we’ve decided not to raise our drink prices. Come by and enjoy a double espresso, dirty chai latte, or a cappuccino, paired with our freshly made breakfast and house-baked pastries.
