Hammy Potato Casserole:
Layer sliced potatoes with Smokehouse ham slices in a casserole dish. Season potatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Pour cream over the casserole an inch above the potatoes. Bake at 350F/175C 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
