New minimum income for retirement visas.

According to current regulations, the minimum income for retiree and pensioner visas must be three times the basic salary of a worker in Ecuador. This year, the basic salary is $482, therefore the minimum income for retirees and pensioners is $1,446. If you do not meet this income requirement, you will not be eligible for a two-year temporary residence visa in these categories.
