Spanish classes are back this September at idiomARTE—and we’re starting fresh in our new home!

Our Puentes Vivos Spanish program begins the new season with three courses, from Spanish for complete beginners to an intermediate+ course exploring Ecuador’s social and cultural diversity.

Survival Spanish: Beginner Basics
Sept. 8 – Oct. 1 from 10–11:30 am

Spanish for real life… from the beginning. Designed for complete beginners (or pretty close to it), this small-group course introduces practical Spanish for everyday life: basic personal information, numbers, times and dates, market vocabulary, prices, locations and simple directions—with plenty of practice using what you learn.

Survival Spanish: Everyday Essentials
Sept. 8 – Oct. 1 from 11:30 am–1 pm

More ways to talk about everyday life. For beginners who already have some Spanish, this course builds skills through topics like routines and activities, future plans, what’s happening right now, and food and drink preferences.

You should already be able to put together simple sentences and use some common regular verbs in the present tense.

Cultura Viva: Social & Cultural Diversity in Ecuador
Sept. 9 – Oct. 2 from 11:30 am–1 pm

For intermediate+ learners, Cultura Viva is conducted entirely in Spanish and uses Ecuador’s social and cultural diversity as the starting point for building vocabulary, practicing conversation and using Spanish through meaningful topics and activities.

All courses are taught in small groups at idiomARTE’s NEW LOCATION!
Benigno Malo 4-82 y Calle Larga, Cuenca
