Turkey Time at King Smokehouse is NOW!
Thanksgiving is around the corner and Felix will again be offering his tender, juicy, unbelievably delicious whole Turkey Breasts for your Thanksgiving along with his Mashed Potatoes and Gravy! All ready to eat (or reheat). Make your Thanksgiving Feast a Yum Yum Feast. Orders close on November 20th to give Felix enough time to prep YOUR special order. Remember, entertaining is about having fun not working hard. This week’s appetizer requires two ingredients!
Bacon Wrapped Shrimp:
• 8 slices Smokehouse Bacon halved crosswise
• 16 large shrimp peeled except for the tail, deveined
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
Precook your bacon until pliable but not done. Brush shrimp with olive oil and dust with salt & pepper. Wrap each shrimp with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Bake at 425F/190C for 10 minutes-until shrimp are pink inside and bacon is done. Serve with Carolina Red Barbecue Sauce to dip. Delicious!
