What Happens When Wellbeing Is No Longer an Afterthought?

We often wait until we are overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or in pain before giving attention to ourselves.

Then we look for something powerful enough to fix everything at once.

But lasting change rarely comes from one intense effort.
It comes from one meaningful practice, repeated.

A weekly rhythm of moving the body. Breathing with awareness. Quieting the mind. Returning to yourself.

Not only when life becomes difficult, but as a way of meeting life differently.

Over time, consistency can shape more than the practice itself: greater mobility and energy, steadier sleep, a calmer response to stress, and a deeper connection with your own body.

This is why Casa Aguacolla’s Integral Yoga offering is not designed as a collection of occasional drop-in classes.

We are creating an intentional, small, personal practice space for people who want to show up regularly, be supported over time, and allow yoga to become part of the way they live.

One beautiful practice.
Repeated.
Week after week.

Our new practice begins Tuesday, September 1, with two 90-minute classes each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Classes will take place at SOMA, a new community and wellness space near Parque Tarqui-Guzho in Cuenca. Two evening groups will be available, with a monthly investment of $120.

Each group will remain small, and we currently have space to welcome a few more students.

Message Casa Aguacolla for details.
