What: Art History Course: Gastronomy, When Art Comes to the Table

A new art history cycle begins on Saturday, July 4 at the Alliance Française.
This four-session course explores how gastronomy has been represented in art across time and cultures: from ancient Egypt to Ming China, from Dutch banquet tables to Warhol’s Factory.
The course will be taught by a graduate of the École du Louvre and Sorbonne University.
Dates: Saturdays, July 4, 11, 18, and 25
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Age: 16+
Recommended French level: B1 minimum
