What: SAVVY Day (Online): A Space to Reflect on Support and Solo Living

I’m also holding an online version of this space for Solo Aging Visibility Day.
This is for those living abroad (or thinking about it) who are navigating life more independently — and starting to think about what support really looks like over time.
It’s not a workshop or a lecture.
It’s a space to step back and reflect on:
– what’s actually supporting your life
– where things feel clear
– where there might be gaps you haven’t fully looked at yet
Through guided reflection and shared conversation, we begin to see what’s often hard to name on our own.
Most people come in with questions like:
“Am I the only one thinking about this?”
“Where do I even begin?”
You don’t need answers to join.
Just a willingness to look at things a little more honestly, in a space where you’re not the only one.
