Recommendation for Cooking With Rey, private fine dining
We just experienced fine dining in a private dining atmosphere. Chef Rey prepares excellent Cambodian dishes served by her husband Joe and niece Kenya in a beautiful setting. Delicious food prepared to your specifications and served in a personal, friendly, relaxed setting. Reservations and pre-ordering required, but well worth it.
My Husband had Sesame Chicken with fried rice and I had pork tenderloin (marinated 6 hours) with mashed potatoes. The egg roll appetizer and the fresh green salad were also excellent. For dessert, I had the home-made cookie with ice cream. A real delight.

What does Hogar de Esperanza do with your donations of clothing and household items? First and foremost, we give them away to those who are most in need of them. Great care is taken to make sure that they get exactly what they need. Any extra items are sold in our thrift shop, where all of the proceeds go back into directly supporting the foundation’s work of helping those in need.
Are you moving soon – perhaps across town or maybe even back home – and you have items that you can’t take with you? Do you wish you had someone to come carry away those items remaining after your moving sale, that you don’t know what to do with? Were you just spring-cleaning last week, and came across clothes in your closets that you no longer wanted? FAAN is looking for an awesome home for the beautiful Miss Maime Eisenhower, a Collie/Chow mixed girl who is 1.5 years old. Miss Maime has never met a dog or person she doesn’t like and would be the perfect healthy and young dog for a family with a fenced in yard. She would also be a great companion for your current canine friend.
Maime has had one owner and is trained inside and out and loves to patrol the family property. This smart girl knows some key commands including sit, come, kennel, speak, off, go potty, down, roll over, shake, stay.
She is fully vaccinated and spayed.
Her owner, a FAAN friend, has reluctantly asked us to rehome Miss Maime because she has earned a bad rep as “The Chicken Killer of Paute ” which as we know, puts her in some serious danger of poisoning in a rural neighborhood where chickens rule.
So if you like chicken, Miss Maime does (obviously), but don’t have them roaming around your yard, this attractive, companion dog needs a loving home. We spent Saturday with her and we think she is pawsome!
