Holisitic health expo presents workshops and 30 exhibitors Thursday

The Cuenca Holistic Health Network presents its second Holistic Health Expo Thursday, May 14 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Cuenca Chamber Of Commerce.

In addition to 30 local exhibitors, the Expo features five participatory workshops:

chl expoFirst Aid Kit Featuring Young Living Essential Oils with Chelsea Gary at 1 p.m.; Intro to the Ennegram with Manya Arnod-Thomas at 2 p.m.; Bach Flowers Therapy with Alexandra Molina at 3 p.m.; Strategies to Avoid Assisted Living with Ken Dobberphul at 4 p.m.; and an Introduction to Psychic Meditation: Experiencing the Flow of Energy with Andrew Staub at 5 p.m.

The cost for participating in the workshops is $10. Sign-ups can be made at the Expo welcome desk, inside the front door.

Food will be for sale at the Expo, provided by Windhorse Café.
