A moment for yourself, to enjoy and share.
This Tuesday, we’ll meet again at Sama Shala for a Gong Sound Therapy experience. A space to enjoy the vibrations, connect with a sense of calm, and give yourself a different kind of moment.
Because well-being is also about sharing new experiences, meeting new people, and feeling part of a community. 🤎
