I’m holding a small in-person space in Cuenca for Solo Aging Visibility Day.
This isn’t a workshop or a presentation.
It’s a guided, conversational space to pause and take a real look at what supports your life abroad — and what might be missing.
Many of us have built full, meaningful lives here.
But the structures that support those lives aren’t always visible, or intentionally built.
This space is for exploring that — gently, and together.
We’ll reflect on:
– what currently supports you
– what feels clear, and what doesn’t
– where you might want more structure or awareness
No pressure. No need to have answers.
Just a chance to step out of the day-to-day and see your life a little more clearly.
