‘Fired up For Hope’: Carolina Smokehouse presents a barbecue experience to benefit Mujeres Con Exito

Join us for a meaningful afternoon of great food and community support. Carolina Smokehouse is proud to host a charity barbecue to raise funds and awareness for Mujeres con Exito that provides safety, support, and hope to women and families in need. Each of the chefs are providing their skill and expertise gratis to maximize funds for Mujeres con Exito.

These top chefs and pit masters will prepare the finest in Argentinian Style Barbecue — where fire and passion rule. Featuring Judith Chero, Chef of Tiki Taco, Jhonathan Camacho, Chef of Aji Dulce, David Kraft, Pitmaster of Carolina Smokehouse, and Felix Salinas, Pitmaster of King Smokehouse.

What to Expect
Enjoy mouthwatering smoked barbecue favorites (Including Beef Lomo, Ribs, Pulled Pork, and a Sausage stick), in a welcoming family‑friendly atmosphere, and a chance to support an important cause alongside your community. Live music and raffle drawings every half hour round out the fun.

All proceeds from this event will directly benefit Mujeres Con Exito, helping provide emergency housing, meals, counseling, and essential resources for women rebuilding their lives.

About Mujeres Con Exito
Mujeres Con Exito is much more than a space; it’s a community where every woman can discover her true power and transform her life from within. Established in 2004 to provide shelter and a healing place for women and their children suffering from domestic violence. We firmly believe that every woman possesses a unique strength, and in this space, we help her develop it, overcome barriers, and reach her full potential. Mujeres contains a working Laundromat, a café that serves daily almuerzo, and a large catering kitchen, all staffed by the women residents. The women are given the opportunity to work in all areas and develop culinary and restaurant skills, and they earn wages as well as invaluable experience.

Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door (Children under 6 only $10). Each ticket entitles you to a Sampler Platter which includes all four meats and 2 sides as well as one raffle chance. You may also buy Sampler Platters, Smokehouse products, and the meats by the pound to take-out as well. Home delivery is available while products last (order early to be sure) Tea will be provided gratis with Sangria, Soda, and Beer available for purchase. Come hungry and leave knowing you made a real difference. Together, we can turn a great meal into meaningful support.
