Servicios Postales del Ecuador (SPE E.P.) in cooperation with the American Citizen Services unit of the U.S. Embassy wants to connect with U.S. expats who have undelivered mail. Servicios Postales is holding thousands of undeliverable packages and letters in its Quito warehouse, some dating to the closure of the Ecuador Post Office, and wants to deliver them to their rightful owner.

If you are a U.S. citizen who may have undelivered mail from overseas, please fill out this Online Form to facilitate the delivery process of uncollected mail.

For those who have questions about undelivered mail or who need assistance with the registration process, representatives of the Servicios Postales del Ecuador will be available at the Abraham Lincoln Center at Calles Borrero 5-18 and Honorato Vásquez from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:40 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. August 28 and 29.

The American Citizen Services unit of the U.S. Mission in Ecuador and the U.S. Embassy is coordinating efforts with Servicios Postales to deliver mail stored in Quito.
