My Christmas wish

I am building a home for myself in Cuenca.

I am constructing a warm and secure shelter composed of infinite wonder and shaped by the intricate carpentry of language. It is deeply rewarding. I love sharing with you my hammering away, or more often, quietly sanding burrs smooth and crafting the beams to support my dreams.

Oftentimes, I will take long walks photographing Cuenca, seeking to capture the rapture I see every day and to share this with you, too. It is an exhilarating experience I will remember fondly for the rest of my days.

My Christmas wish is that in the coming year we will all build bridges of contemplation and reflection, find peace in the moment and that I will be granted the time to continue savoring these few precious minutes we share on Sundays.

“Look what I saw! Did I tell you about the time…?”

Merry Christmas.
Peace and Love,
Robert
