Special edition periodico: Saturday water shutoffs but bars will stay open an extra hour

I’m still on “vacation”, but this seemed important enough to announce.

There will be water service interruptions tomorrow from 8-14:00 due to Tranvía work. The area affected will be within these limits – 3 de Nov., Bolívar, Cordero, Sangurima, Estévez de Toral, Arizaga, Heredia, G. Colombia, and Las Americas. Sectors affected will be Corazón de Jesus, Colegio Sagrado Corazones, San Sebastián, Mercado 3 de Nov., Santo Domingo, Clinica Latinoamericana, Colegio Octavio Cordero y Hogar Cristo Rey.

On a lighter note, the Concejo Cantonal has approved new hours for Category 2 Establishments (bars and discos). You can now drink until 3am from Thu to Sat. (I figured for some of you this would be more important than a water shutoff.)
